PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover for orders placed on the Wilson Store.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING OPTIONS
All orders placed on the Wilson Store can be shipped by ground, second day and next day. Shipping and Handling is determined by the cost of the order and the method of shipping. Standard ground delivery will be 8% of the cost of the order and orders under $100.00 will have a minimum flat rate of $8.00. For orders outside the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia, other fees may apply. Please contact Customer Support for more information.
For multi-year purchases, unless otherwise requested by the customer and indicated in the applicable price quote, print materials will be shipped on an annual basis in the July immediately prior to the applicable school year.
RETURN POLICY
When you receive your shipment, first verify all contents. To qualify for replacements, you must contact WLT Customer Support Center at Contact Us within 30 days of receipt.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days for a refund or credit. DVDs and black-line masters may be returned within 30 days for replacement only. WLT accepts returns for replacement only within 120 days from the date of purchase.
For multi-year sales paid in advance, returns for a refund or credit are only eligible within 30 days of your receipt of the first year's shipment of materials, and materials shipped for subsequent school years are only eligible for replacement as described further below.
For multi-year sales, returns for replacements are only eligible within 120 days from the date we shipped the applicable materials, regardless of which school year you intend to use the materials for.
Subscriptions to our Digital Products cannot be returned and are non-refundable.
Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. A 10% restocking fee may apply. Returned material must be:
• In the current version/edition
• In salable condition, with no damage, markings, or wear
• Kits, Sets, and other packaged items must be returned complete as sold.
A Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number must accompany all returns. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend that returns include a copy of the packing slip or invoice and be traceable / insured through shipper. WLT Customer Support Center will work with you to qualify the return and issue an RMA number. RMA numbers should be clearly marked on all packages. WLT is not responsible for returned packages received without an RMA number.
BUNDLE CONFIGURATIONS.
From time to time, due to high demand for our products or due to fine-tuning of our product configurations, print materials in the Student Success Bundles or other multi-year programs may become temporarily or permanently removed or adjusted from the WLT catalog. In the unlikely event that a print product that is part of the Student Success Bundle or another multi-year program is no longer available as part of that program, WLT may at its sole and exclusive option elect to send you a substitute product(s) or bundle configuration.
